Manley CORE Mic-Pre, EQ, Compressor & FET Limiter
Seamless Control
The Manley CORE Mic-Pre, EQ, Compressor and FET Limiter utilises a simple, yet effective front panel interface. The high-end Manley mic preamp, followed by a 3:1 ELOP style compressor puts you in complete control of dynamics. The active Baxandall EQ gives you full access to equalisation parameters and a fast attack FET brickwall that prevents your converters from accidental clipping.
Advanced Preamplifier
The CORE features direct inputs to the widely renowned Manley IRON, allowing for the clearest, most accurate audio from your recording devices. The tube amplifying stage features technology taken from the Manley VOXBOX, implementing huge headroom and high output drive capability.
1/4" Direct Input
The Manley CORE Mic-Pre, EQ, Compressor and FET Limiter boast a solid-state circuit with 10 Meg Ohm input impedance, very similar to that in the Manley SLAM!, making the CORE perfect for guitars, bass, and keyboards.
Manley Reference Cardioid Microphone
Perfect Balance
The Manley Reference Cardioid Microphone features a Cardioid polar pattern to offer the best isolation of unwanted, ambient noise whilst providing the best sensitivity and pickup in front of the mic. The frequency response of 10Hz-30KHz allows the Reference Cardioid to record high-end audio from a range of instruments including guitar, drums, saxophone, and especially vocals.
Universal Recognition
The Manley Reference Cardioid Microphone offers a truly unique sound which has previously been valued by so many popular artists. With somewhat of a pop presence, the Reference Cardioid provides audio without the need for extensive processing. The rich tonal balance and liquid character that are associated with the Reference Cardioid make it a perfect choice for any pop/rock producer.
All Of The Accessories You Need
The Manley Reference Cardioid Microphone comes with its own power supply and an included XLR cable allows you to plug the Reference Cardioid straight into your PSU, however a microphone cable is still required to plug the Reference Cardioid in to an analogue input. The included cover for the microphone capsule allows you to prevent damage from dust or other substances and a mounting device is also included to allow you to attach the Manley Reference Cardioid Microphone onto a mic stand of your choice to provide more flexibility and movement.
