At the heart of the DTX530K lies the new DTX snare drum pad featuring Yamaha's 'Textured Cellular Silicone Pad'. This DTX-PAD is 3-Zones which allows 3 separate areas of the playing surface with the Head and 2 Rim Zones. The Cymbal pads are also 3-Zone for Bell, Bow and Edge of the cymbals to allow for total expression. The DTX530K is mounted on a new RS500 rack which is designed for stability, comfort and flexibility. With the powerful DTX500 sound module mounted to one side for easy accessibility and allowing space for individual customer set ups and expansion possibilities.

View Full DescriptionUtilising the TCS head for superior stick feel, the XP80 provides snare head, open rimshot, and closed rimshot voices in each of the three zones for authentic snare expression. The ride and crash cymbals both feature cup, bow and edge voices and are "choke-able". The realistic sounds of the DTX500 module lets you sound your best, and with the advanced practice tools and easy song recorder you will be getting better all the time.
The DTX530K has the addition of Hi Hat Pad operated on a traditional Hi Hat Stand and a larger crash cymbal to match the Ride cymbal.
