When using a lot of gain, each note you play will have plenty of attack, aggression, and saturated crunch, whilst cleaner settings will sound clear and bright.
The neck pickup, which is also a Direct Mount Wolfgang humbucker, will give you a lifetime of satisfaction when you're playing lead.
