Hartwood Novella Hollowbody Guitar & Hard Case, Natural Overview
The Hartwood Novella Hollowbody Guitar & Hard Case Bundle pairs timeless hollowbody tone with reliable protection, making it ideal for players who want a stage- and travel-ready setup straight out of the box. Finished in an eye-catching natural gloss, the Novella combines classic styling with modern performance features, while the included hard case ensures your instrument stays safe wherever you play.
The basswood hollowbody delivers a warm, balanced tonal character, with full-sized F-holes providing enhanced acoustic projection whether you?re playing unplugged or through an amplifier. Designed to suit Blues, Jazz, Rockabilly and more, the Novella offers impressive versatility thanks to its pair of vintage-voiced humbuckers. These pickups deliver a tight, defined low end, smooth highs, and a clear, articulate midrange.
Independent volume and tone controls for each pickup, alongside a three-way toggle switch, allow for intuitive tone shaping. Use the neck pickup for warm, rounded melodies, the bridge for a brighter, more percussive response, or blend both for rich, harmonically complex sounds.

Designed in-house by Hartwood’s specialist team, the Novella’s archtop construction features two parallel tone bars running along the centre of the body, reinforcing strength and durability without compromising resonance. Comfortable to hold and easy to navigate thanks to the cutaway design, the Novella is well suited to a wide range of performance environments.
Comfortable playability with classic detailing
The maple neck features a comfortable “C” profile, making it equally suited to fast lead lines and complex chord voicings. A laurel fretboard with pearl block inlays and 20 jumbo frets provides a smooth playing surface, while the GraphTech NuBone nut, adjustable bridge, and chrome tuners work together to deliver excellent tuning stability. Visually, the single cutaway body is finished with elegant 5-ply cream binding, chrome hardware, and a black scratchplate adorned with the Hartwood emblem.
Protective hard case included
This bundle includes the Hartwood Novella Series Electric Guitar Hard Case, providing dependable protection for transport, storage, and touring. The rugged rectangular case features a distinctive green tolex exterior with white piping, black hardware, and an embroidered Hartwood logo for a premium finish.
Inside, the black plush lining and 5mm padded base help protect your guitar from knocks and scratches, while an integrated accessory compartment beneath the neck support offers space for strings, capos, tuners, plectrums, and more.
