The SE Hollowbody II Piezo combines the resonant body of a hollow instrument with the power of PRS’s 58/15 LT “S” pickups and LR Baggs piezo system. The result is a guitar that can switch seamlessly between acoustic shimmer and electric sustain—or blend both for uniquely expressive tones. It’s ideal for players who cover diverse genres or perform in settings that demand tonal adaptability.
Premium hollowbody construction
Featuring a fully hollow maple top and back with mahogany sides, the SE Hollowbody II Piezo delivers exceptional resonance and clarity. The maple adds definition and sparkle, while the mahogany provides warmth and body. The shallow violin carve and figured maple veneer add elegance, complemented by the Peacock Blue Smokeburst finish that highlights its luxurious contours and wood grain.
Complete control and connectivity
Two independent volume controls and dual outputs allow full tonal control and routing options. Plug into the mix/piezo output to blend magnetic and piezo sounds or use each output independently for separate amp or DI setups. The clever design even includes a battery failsafe, ensuring the magnetic pickups continue to work if the piezo power runs low.
