Versatile sonic palette

The PRS Special Semi-Hollow offers players an exceptionally wide tonal range. Equipped with 58/15 LT humbuckers and a single PRS Narrowfield in a flexible hum/"single"/hum configuration, it serves up a wealth of textures. That includes the individual creamy crunch of the "Low Turn" humbuckers, and the warm, fat single coil-style spangle of the Narrowfield. Designed for a hum-free sound with bite and clarity, you'll pierce a mix with ease when the Narrowfield is engaged.

But what makes the Special Semi-Hollow so special is its extensive switching options - you have a staggering 12 settings at your command, all easily accessible whilst playing to modify your tone. You can coil tap both humbuckers using the mini toggles, and combine it with the traditional 5-way switch to unlock a broad series of sounds.

Sublime construction

The PRS Special Semi-Hollow features a maple top with a mahogany back and a 22-fret 25” scale length mahogany neck, offering a sublime playing experience free of any shoulder pain. The neck is shaped in the classic Pattern profile and is accompanied by a rosewood fretboard, adorned with signature PRS Birds fretboard inlay.

The addition of vintage-style open-gear tuners promises pristine tuning, allowing you to focus on honing those dazzling playing techniques. The sleek body is beautifully accented with sturdy chrome hardware and is finished off the classic PRS signature logo for an iconic stamp of quality.
