'Gear4music Piano' App

For more complex features, the VISIONKEY-500 has you covered. The piano includes its own intuitive app, entitled ‘Gear4music Piano’ For PC / For Mac / For Android Phone / For Android Tablet . Using this, it is possible to quickly change intricate settings on your piano, through a thoughtfully presented control panel, suitable for all musicians. The app works in real time, so you can even adjust settings mid-performance.

Voice controls include split, layer and twin modes, FX additions such as pan, reverb, chorus, tuning/transposition, EQ and volume settings. The app also contains 20 tempo and volume adjustable rhythms from various genres and styles, with complimentary fills, endings and verse/chorus settings. For a more student focused approach, a time signature and tempo adjustable metronome is available too.

The app also contains helpful learning tools, to boost creativity and engagement. For the inner composer prodigy, the record feature allows you to perform your own pieces, which are converted into notation in real-time. You can easily download your performances, and upload at a later date so you can play them back. As well as this, education tracks are available to play along with, which cater for beginners and advancing musicians alike.
