The Miktek CV4 is a large-diaphragm tube condenser microphone that offers a nine selectable pickup patterns while producing a musical response that will please even the most discerning artists, producers and engineers alike. The unique MK9 capsule features dual 1'' diaphragms manufactured using 5-micron Mylar with a 0.4-micron layer of evaporated gold, which is then precisely tensioned and mounted to carefully-tuned backplates. Complete with an AMI BT4 transformer and original NOS (New Old Stock) Telefunken EF800 tube, the CV4 delivers a truly large yet classic sound with a warm and tight bottom end, balanced mids and a sweet, airy high frequency response.

View Full DescriptionEach Miktek CV4 includes a serialized frequency response graph, that's created during final testing. Additionally, the CV4 is packaged with a swivel mount in a wooden box, which is set inside an aluminium case with the included power supply, 7-pin XLR cable and shock mount.
