Iconica Ensembles was recorded entirely at the legendary Funkhaus Berlin, a studio recognised for film scores, television productions, and classical recordings. Working with Orchestral Tools, Steinberg recorded 76 musicians in Studio 2, a spacious recording room with carefully balanced acoustics and a natural reverb time. The acoustic separation of the studio helps preserve the detail of every section, delivering clean recordings with a realistic sense of space. The result is an orchestral library that captures both the character of the room and the subtle performance nuances that help arrangements sound authentic.
